No clarity on how to cancel. Not a good look for any company.
It would actually increase the likelihood of me coming back to them one day if they were less difficult to get away from!
Over-aggressive marketing - which signals a bit of desperation.
Impossible to get thorough on customer services tel number and my emails re cancellation are being ignored.
A pity because what they offer re training is solid, but they are spoiling their own public relations through a rather "grasping" style.
Be more cautious than I was before signing up!
