Went to the shop to purchase items because the delivery is REALLY EXPENSIVE. But found that some items are available only on line. With no indication of this on the web site. Eventually decided to pay the exorbitant delivery fee (the delivery cost more than the product) only to find the items were not the same colour as on the web site or in the catalogue. When I asked for a full refund I was informed that the colours were accurate on both and that is was the device that was not displaying correctly. This is a blatant lie which they use as a 'get out clause' Have checked the web site on a number of different devices and they all show the colour the same and not accurate. I have now paid for product that I dont want and am told if I pay the delivery it will be refunded. Have not had a good experience dealing with them on line and their customer service is poor. Not to be recommended for on line purchases. I
