At first I was skeptical about the reviews for this company...especially Jorden! I thought well he must not be a real person. I was shocked when my first email inquiry was answered quickly by Jorden. Still thinking Jorden can't be real...I called and yes Jorden answered the phone. One time Jorden wasn't in and Lori answered Jorden took his son to his sporting event. Jorden is indeed a real person. He found for us material we were told was not available by many. He gave us the best price hands down. He helped us determine how much was needed. The only problem was a problem with FedEx and when we weren't getting anywhere trying to resolve it with them we called Jorden and 10 minutes later it was taken care of. When FedEx delivered damaged material (apparently common) Jorden found and had 3 more boxes of the "unavailable material) quickly sent to us. Jorden has put the customer back into customer service! When I hear of anyone having problems with the customer service of their cable provider, appliance companies etc I tell them to call Jorden 🤣 I would recommend to anyone to buy from GreenFlooringSupply.com and ask for Jorden!!!
