While the overalls are fantastic, the service is appalling. They do not honour refunds. In my case I have been waiting over a month for a refund. What is extra galling is that I phoned the company before ordering and asked about sizing. We discussed me ordering two pairs in different sizes with a view to immediately returning whichever size didn’t work for me, and receiving a refund. Assured that this was okay, I ordered two pairs. When the overalls arrived, I tried them on and worked out which ones to keep. I immediately put the other pair back in their wrapping and emailed Barb for a return label. She sent that to me and returned the overalls. They confirmed receipt three days later. Despite numerous emails to enquire about my refund, four weeks later they are still holding my money. It makes no sense. I will not order from them again and advise others to buy through a shop, not through the Green Hip webpage. Hopefully PayPal will sort out my refund.
