Wouldn’t even give one star! I left Green Star over a year ago and paid the remaining, final amount which they had stated on the final bill. They have hounded me ever since and had two separate debt collecting companies hound me also for several different amounts of money that they say I owe. One of the amounts was the said final amount. After numerous email and telephone conversations, They have told me that my account issue was resolved on several occasions a too but then within weeks I’m bombarded with debt collector letters, emails and post to my property! I have phoned and emailed time and time again and despite being told the problems are resolved, low and behold, within a week or two, another debt collection agency letter arrives! Customer services and the complaints department are useless! You are passed from pillar to post and told that the issues are resolved, I have been given several different amounts that I owe and they ask for information (bank statements or payment details) but when I have given information they say I haven’t!!!! The last email told me that they owed me the money!!!!!! I probably won’t see a penny of what they owe me based on the reviews I’ve read! They’ve probably spent more on admin and staff wages etc to find out they owe me the bloody money back! DO NOT SIGN UP TO GREEN STAR!!!!
