Hi all,
Go the Energy Ombudsman. They tried to charge me an extra £1000 as meter had broken and after reporting it 4 times!! and 3 missed appointments due to them not turning up to replace meter tried to advised i have used extra electric!! Complained to ombudsman who reduced bill to £250 and Green Star were made to award me a token amount due to the poor service received. I think was about £50.
