Appalling company. Shocking customer service. Inability to deal with the simplest query. Maintenance is poor or non-existent (yet still billed). Inspection fees make up more than half of the bill yet no one on our estate has EVER seen this fictional inspector!
Question the bill and just get hit with late payment fees and threats of court action. Email their ‘customer care’ address and expect an auto reply claiming to contact you within 20 working days. I emailed them in October 2018, I’m still waiting for a reply!
