Greenbelt is the worst company for customer care I have ever dealt with. The quality of their maintenance on our large 463 home estate is dreadful, especially woodland maintenance, They overcharge their own fees (over £25,000) and refuse to provide any details of their own charges, their contractors or other amounts charged for. They also charge for work not carried out and produce standard generic inspection reports which are just copied each year. I have sent Greenbelt more than 20 photographs this year of defective maintenance without response. Perhaps their worst fault is a total refusal ever to admit any fault to any customer. Myself and my neighbours now complete the bulk of the maintenance on our street ourselves. If I could I would give a rating of minus one, I would Greenbelts performance is so bad.
