In Galway for the day happened upon Greenes shoe store. Great selection of shoes boots dressy shoes. I happened to be looking for Ankle boots fell in love with the Jana Cognac ankle boot. They didn't have my size in the Cognac the assistant offered me to try on a green pair same style. I knew the minute my foot slipped in I would have to buy them. I wear orthotics so they must fit in the boot and they did. The assistant was very helpful great sense of humour seemed to manage to look after several customers at once. I purchased the boots and she wrote down the Web address and said I should go on line as the Cognac may be there in my size. I did order on line as I knew they would be a good fit. Sure enough two days abd my beautiful Cognac boots arrived. They fit like old comfy boots I love my two pairs green and Cognac. So comfortable no break in period needed. Service was excellent communication excellent humour and interaction excellent. I will visit in person again and also keep an eye on line too. Thank you..
