No respect for property, used bullying when complained, director couldn’t see any problems with the instalment, as far as he was concerned I was the problem. When I said I wouldn’t speak on the phone and want everything in writing they didn’t contact me again. Had to pay someone else to come and di what they wouldn’t. Got gas safe involved and they shut my boiler down as being usafe within 2 months of it being put in, and they were not happy to come back and as far as they were concerned gas safe were in the wrong for shutting it down. Avoid at all costs. They didn’t even do a survey!!!!
