I was looking for Rosh Hashanah cards over the past few weeks and found little appeal. Several days AFTER the holiday had passed, I received an email suggesting I select a card for this year. When I pointed out the stupidity of the timing, I got a reply saying essentially "well last year you ordered cards on September 6th". This ignores the fact that the holiday varies from year to year. The second reply was that you have an automated/algorithm that sends out useless reminders that are this useless. Does anyone understand how insulting that is to a customer?
