I ordered a card for our Daughter ( pet sympathy card ) and wanted to upload a photo - I was having problems and went on live chat with Taylor who re sized the photo I sent her and when I was still unable to upload to the card - kindly added it for me after I had placed my order : card arrived and thanks so much for the help
