I have been a long time customer of Greeting Card Universe. I appreciate the ability to have a professional card that says what I want it to say. There is a huge collection to choose from and they are always adding more to keep the selection (ie. COVID-19). I have never had a problem with them with any purchase. Just yesterday there was a problem of my own making. I usually have the cards sent to me and then I sign them, write a not , put money in for the grand kids, etc. This time I was having the card directly to the recipient. When I received the EMAIL receipt I noticed that I had given an incorrect address for for the recipient. I quickly sent an EMAIL asking if they could possibly change it for me (I know that they work on orders quickly). Today I receives an EMAIL from them saying they were able to catch the order in time and made the change for me. That's the type of business I want to deal with, one that cares.
