I had a few Brexit-related delivery issues (for delivery to the EU) that I wasn't expecting after placing my order. Like so many others, I think the company was unprepared. I decided to return my item without paying the additional custom's fees. After having read some of the reviews about their customer services, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was suprised by how efficient they were. They took charge of the return expenses, refunded me very quickly and then, without me asking, they made an incredible commercial gesture in apology. It has been a long time since I've felt like a truly valued customer. I honestly can't praise them enough.
