Overall, it works ok and looks great. Yes, it’s light, but the weight of my belt isn’t really a factor. Appears to be very durable, but time will tell. My leather has hung in there for the last 20 years. The buckles are very cool and mechanism, as well, and once you get the hang of it it can be removed in a hurry.
It doesn’t hold my pants in place any better than a regular belt, though. However, The fact that after 30+ years I don’t have a standard buckle tearing my belly hairs out multiple times a day makes it worth the 50 bucks.
