I have nothing against the belts I have purchased. A little on the expensive side, but I agreed to purchase @ your price, so I can't complain. The issue I have is your lack of customer service. Since I've already earned > 300 points, I've adked "what does that mean, and NO ONE answers that question. I also wanted to ask "anybody" about specific PMS colors to match apparel, and after waiting 30 minutes for ANYONE to answer your CS line, the person on your end did not know, nor who *might know. Also, recently, I wanted to order a KHAKI colored Strap. You've had no inventory in my(and several other) sizes. That CS person said it takes abt 8 days to replenish inventory. > 2 weeks later, it has not not been replenished. Today, KHAKI isn't even being offered on your website.
