Edit: Sent another email and got a response same day. Change score to 4. They state they never got the email. The immediately sent my missing pairs.
Reason of 2 star is not receiving everything I paid for and no response from customer service for over a week. Socks are great. Bought 3 of the 2 pack socks but they sent only 3. For how expensive they are, it sucks to not get all you pay for. Great socks but be prepared to use email only. No phone number to call.
