The belt I purchased in January of '23, began to fray on one edge. You folks gave me a credit that I used to purchase another strap. I goofed, didn't pay attention, and selected a 1.75" wide strap, whereas I should've selected 1.5". My oversight does not diminish the excellent customer service I was provided. My attitude in the beginning was, "Nah, they aren't going to help me." I was wrong. You stood behind your product. I purchased one for both my sons and my little brother along with some other things. Quality products made in the U.S.A. I love it. Thanks again, folks. We had a cold snap today. It's in the 70's. Brrr.
