Geschmacklich ok aber Wirkung = 0 . Habe die Pflaume zu verschieden Tageszeiten eingenommen um zu testen, wie sie wirkt aber nix ist "geplumst". Preis ist zu hoch. Da gibt es günstigere Produkte, die wirklich helfen.
