Bin mit der Wirkung sehr zufrieden. Die Verzehrmenge dafür variiert tatsächlich zwischen ein und zwei Pflaumen. Mir gefällt der sanfte Reinigungseffekt sehr gut, schmeckt besser und ist für mich verträglicher als Bittersalz und Co.
