The product is great. Postage was fairly quick.
However, the dog slicker brush was so poorly packaged that the wire bristles were poking through the 2 very flimsy plastic bags it was thrown into and our poor postman was stabbed in the finger. The first bag wasn't even sealed and the outer bag was the flimsiest packaging I have ever seen. The brush should at least have been wrapped in cardboard inside the plastic. Very poor and doubt I will use this company again.
