Product is great, however, I anticipated it coming in a protective case, not just a cardboard box. It did not state there was no carry case so I now have to try to find one, which is not easy. Disappointed about that but too much trouble to send back and order elsewhere - where I could have it with a box at the same price so not as good value as it seemed.
Clearly stated on package to be handed to recipient and not left, but it was left by front door even though I was in, doorbell was not rung even, I just found it when I went out.
