Ordered a KM Cordless Animal Clipper on 02/01/24 which was dispatched the next day. A tracking number was supplied for Royal Mail 48hr delivery. After 10 days, it still hadn't arrived and tracking showed it was at Manchester MC. I contacted Groomers world to which they had a web chat with Royal Mail who advised that if its not arrived by the 13th, then its considered lost. I waited and still no movement from Manchester MC. I emailed Groomers World to either ask for a replacement or a refund. A replacement was despatched but this time, it never went via Manchester, but came from Tyne MC straight to Sheffield MC and then delivered a day after. I've since used the clipper and its excellent, easy to use and fast. So apart from the delivery issue which was due to Royal Mail, all in all, a good purchase.
