This was an awful experience. It took over a month for my products to even begin being made, and the communication with costumer service was AWFUL. I was lied to and told my products were finally being shipped a month after ordering and then found out a few days later they were not even made yet. Then over 2 weeks later my package arrived and I did not receive all of my items. A month later I finally received the missing tie clip and it was not even personalized like it was supposed to be. I will NEVER order from here again.
