GroomsShop is a great concept, but the processes need a lot of work. I ordered 10 items, and 7 of them arrived wrong with 2 of them being broken. Working with Customer Service/Support wasn't too difficult, but I asked for confirmation that I would receive the corrected items before my wedding, and they said it would, but...that didn't happen. They use USPS, so that's probably all I need to say. First package arrived later than projected and beaten up really bad. Second package is still MIA. Qualtry is the parent company, and they're 100x better to work with, so I hope they're able to get this sister company in line for other people in the future. When the stuff actually arrives, it's decent to good quality. I would recommend the decanters above anything else, because those have good quality. The BBQ tools and Axes don't have the same level of quality.
