Long story very short I do not recommend shopping here. They lied, tried to cover up their lie and it was overall not a pleasant experience. Thank god I won’t need to shop with them again. I had to completely change my plans because they said they shipped my order but never did. I paid for expedited processing and my order didn’t ship out for over a week....expedited processing is supposed to have your order out of the warehouse in TWO DAYS. I have all the proof if they ever feel the need to say I’m lying. My order didn’t even ship for A WEEK! And when I inquired about my order FOUR days from the purchase date, they lied, made a fake Fedex order and claimed “fedex picked up the package and lost the order”. And on top of that my order was split up into two orders and they arrived almost a week apart. Granted it was an order of 10 beer mugs, but it should have been communicated to me during the purchase process that my order would be split into multiple orders. Luckily I got the expedited processing refunded. Very very disappointed in this service and “business” as a whole. Any business that lies to the customer in order to cover their tracks will no longer be supported my myself or anybody who asks about them. Terrible customer service and I would absolutely not recommend them to anybody. ZERO STARS
