This company is not to be trusted, nor should you ever consider doing business with them. I ordered a gift for a friend's birthday on April 1st. It's now May 3rd and no sign of my order in sight. I received an automatic email on the 12th of April stating that the items had begun production, and I would be updated upon shipping. Also note that when I made the purchase, my shipping time was 5-10 days. So 11 days later I got an update stating it was being produced. Then I immediately (on the same day) got another email stating it had shipped. When tracking the shipment it stated it had left West Valley, Utah, approximately a 30 minute drive from where I live) only to have no progress updates nor estimated delivery date. I still haven't received any updates from them, but when I log in and view the tracking it saws it has been received at another facility in Atlanta Georgia today, May 3rd. So my item is not only over a month since the order, but somehow also made its way to the opposite end of the country for no explainable reason.
They used Newgistics shipping. I had never heard of them before, but upon investigation it turns out that EVERY SINGLE review I have read indicates obscenely late deliveries, lost parcels, or damaged items. Who even does something like that? Have you ever heard of UPS, FedEx, USPS?
I couldn't even begin to comment on the quality of the products I ordered since I haven't seen them, and if they ever arrive will likely be broken, but I can attest that the company is in over their heads and not to be trusted. I wasn't given an option for choosing a shipping partner, and to think that my purchase is floating around somewhere in Georgia a month after purchase is inexcusable. I'm about to file a fraud claim with my bank at this point, since there is no evidence that my item even truly exists.
