It is very unfortunate that I have to give such a low score but I actually never received my order that was supposed to be a gift for my father-n-law on our rehearsal dinner. I was sent tracking and it said it was going to arrive in time and then never did. The tracking never updated properly after that and when I first reached out to customer service I got the run around about getting a refund because it hadn't reached the so call delivery date on my tracking yet even though the original delivery date had already come and gone. It was not until after 2 more emails that I finally got refunded. The entire experience was negative and I would never use nor recommend this company again.
