The cufflinks initially came as an incomplete order. I had only received 8 out of the 10 cufflinks ordered. In addition, when the remaining 2 cufflinks arrived, they did not match the other 8 cufflinks in font. The engraving of the initials were also off-centered in most of the cufflinks.
I have sent an email to the support team for quick resolution on this issue since our wedding is coming up later this week now but have yet to hear back from them.
