My items arrived later than anticipated and the tracking information was confusing the whole way (it was saying my items were moving through locations, but that the carrier had not yet received the item for the entire week before I received the package). When they arrived, the stamp quality on the leather was very poor - not at all as clear and legible as they appeared online. It was almost as if the press didn’t apply enough pressure to make a proper imprint on the leather. Overall, the product was fine, but the quality was very underwhelming based on the quality of the images on the site.
