They absolutely do not give refunds. It's my first time using it and I regret it. They want you to install an unknown program on your computer. If you install this program by allowing everything, the rest is up to your imagination. I have worked with other companies, but I have not seen any that require installing applications in this way. I'll forget about the $15 and move on. I advise you to be careful and stay away.
