I had bought a paid for a groupon, the vendor would not honor it, I cancelled within the 72 hours, followed their policy, the website would not let me cancel it! I could not get a response from Customer Service by phone or email. I had contacted the vendor and he wasn't paid either, which is why he's not accepting them anymore. I received a letter indicating a credit, but in looking at my account, it's like I have never purchased it at all! I see many others have been scammed and I think we should all get together and file for our monies. Mine is $100, but I really need it, besides the principal of what they are doing!! Nor will my document upload in jpg form !! ???
