I have used Groupon for a couple of years but will not be using them again. I ordered and paid for a Rattan garden furniture set for £284 on July 6th, it never arrived And it took6 weeks for the money to be refunded. They used every excuse in the book to hold onto our monies, if there were another 1000 customers receiving the same treatment their cash flow would look very healthy!!!! I telephoned many times, encountered some very rude Groupon Staff and one dreadfully unprofessional manager called Paul. They were still advertising the product so it would have been easy to send us a replacement but no, they neither replaced or refunded for a long time. If you want cheap and cheerful use them, however, if you are spending more than £50 go for a professional company and leave Groupon alone. We eventually ordered a set of furniture from another company and it was delivered the following day, no question who we will use next time!!! Groupon are rubbish, leave them alone, that's the best advice I can give you. Advice for Groupon !!! Behave in a professional manner, don't retain customer funds with no reason, if you have lost the product it is YOUR fault and you should apologise and reimburse in a timely fashion. You should be ashamed of the bad service and you should aim to employ professional staff and provide a good service, your reputation is dreadful and you should be ashamed.
