I purchased a voucher for a hotel suit and put the date I wanted after confirming I noticed the date was changed and the date on the voucher was the same date I booked instead of the following day that I requested. I am not able to speak to anyone on the phone but spoke to someone by chat live who says they are unable to help me. When I called the hotel they informed me that this happens a lot with Groupon and that this issue can be fixed by Groupon . I believe this is a scam so they could retrieve some of the money they have lost during covid.
