Wouldn't give Groupon even 1 star if I could.
Ordered an item on the 6th December, hadn't received the item within the delivery dates, phoned for an update on my order and was assured it would be delivered by the 21st December. 22nd December came and still no package from Groupon, Phoned a second time and was informed my item is no longer 'available' and therefore they will issue me a refund! With only 2 more days to find an alternative Christmas present I had no other option but to get a last minute present from elsewhere. I asked to speak to the manager but was informed he was 'unavailable', I then asked if the management team could call me back, but apparently that is also not possible. Felt like I was being brushed off. Very unhappy customer, will definitely not shop with Groupon again.
