My wife made a reservation in error, partly because there is no "cart" she clicked on something and accidently booked a hotel room she was only considering. The reservation was for the next day, and Groupon told her sorry, it was outside of the 48 hour window to cancel since it was for the next day. She explained it was a mistake made just an hour ago, they did not care, nor did they offer any hope of a solution.
I chatted with them and an agent told me he would contact their "escalation" team. Never heard anything back with any type of decision.
Called the hotel to explain and they referred her back to Groupon. Useless!
