I ordered an item thru Groupon and it was set to be delivered the next week. As soon as the item got to my city, instead of delivering it to my house they delivered it (with VERY late notice) to one of the post offices in my city (have no idea which one). There was no delivery attempt (My husband was home by the way). So, there was no ticket on the door or anything. I got home at 8pm, at which time I got a text saying, "unable to deliver??" I open the text and got Fed Ex message saying in red, "P.O. Box package available for pickup at local post office???" WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY TAKING ABOUT!!! I don't even own a P.O. Box, so why couldn't they deliver it??? I contact Fed Ex only to find that it was the Groupon seller that requested this. I have absolutely no idea why. By the way at the time I am writing this I still have no idea which post office it was sent to and will likely have to wait until the weekend to go get it since they close before I can get out of work. And somehow the Fed Ex rep doesn't even know which post office location "They" sent it to. That doesn't even make sense!!! So, now I have to call the post office's 800# so they can find out which one it got sent to. What is really going to tick me off...is if it's the post office literally 1 minute from my house, they may as well have delivered it to me and not the post office. I am HEATED!!!!
