Ordered a mattress which i was sent a delivery message by dx would be delivered on 15th jan waited home all day nothing came so i emailed them they said it's been sent back and contact groupon.on contacting groupon which is only accessible by chat they said they would investigate and may give me compensation as there was no tracking information i would hear within 24hrs which i didnt contacted them again to be told wait another 24hrs and again they cut me off I message again to complain about being cut off to be told the mattress had been delivered on 14th! And they would refund me in groupon credits !i threaten to start a paypal dispute and suddenly im refunded no compensation no apology no.mattress avoid them
