I purchased an allergy testing coupon after sending in my hair sample according to the instruction I never received my results I did this in November I still have not received them. I have contacted groupon numerous times with no reply. I also contacted the allergy company thru email with no reply. There is no live chat like groupon stated when you call and they don't respond to emails. I tried to resend hair sample but it won't allow me to do so b/c my info is in the system. So I will no longer use them even though I have used them in the pass without issues.
