I'm sorry for the continued frustration, but since you have already disputed the charge with your financial institution, we are unable to assist you further. I am sorry but there is nothing we can do at this point.

Please understand me, as I tell you that I have exhausted all the methods trying to get my refund, PayPal has conducted and closed the dispute because you issued a credit to Groupon acc. instead of as promised a full refund back to my financial institution..I have was directed to deal with Groupon directly to resolve this issue. Please just do the right thing! as mentioned and refund the money. The only reason it was escalated to PayPal protection is because it had been taking Groupon so long to refund the money...
