I purchase tickets to a Las Vegas show on Groupon for my very first experience & first time shopping there. I noticed that the correct spelling of my name was not on the ticket, I contacted customer service to help fix the problem so that I will not get rejected at the door, after flying all the way to Nevada from California for this particular show. when speaking to the agent, they promise that customer service will fix the problem and get back to me & quickly in the conversation in the chat and closes the Box where I can no longer communicate with them. well it's been several days and I have not heard anything from anybody so when I contact them back they just told me to be patient and I have to wait to speak to someone on Monday. However my show is the Saturday before Monday, so how am I supposed to get help if my show is the Saturday before? and then they cut you off and say thank you very much and in the chat box again. you can't speak to anyone when you request the call, no one calls you back and they also tell you you can't get a refund so here I am flying all the way out to Vegas just to see a show that I purchased on Groupon just to get rejected at the door because my name isnt correct on the ticket and there is nothing that they can do about it. 195.00 down the drain. Please do not shop here they are Crooks, will steal your money and leave you clueless and running in circles until everything expires and say sorry unfortunately we can't help you. Groupon are thieves and Liars!
