DO NOT USE GROUPON! Customer Service is terrible, who tells a customer they have a 3 day return policy!? After speaking to two customer service reps, and a supervisor they copied a pasted the refund policy, and told me to basically purchase more services to get rewards. I hadn't used the groupon and was supposed to be for a birthday gift but never had the time to do the groupon and knew it wasn't going to get used. You had to book the event months in advance and pay an extra fee of what I had already paid. Terrible customer service and policies, DO NOT use groupon its a scam.
