I ordered the Groupon deal for aa dozen flowers for Valentines Day. They asked the address and the date I wanted it delivered. My bank account was charged. The flowers did not come, but I received an email that they were delivered. When I tried to contact them to see what happened, the chat rep chatted back that the session was idle and ended the chat before I could respond. I asked for a refund , and they clearly would not address the request. I will dispute the charge. Poor, poor customer service. I will not be dealing with Groupon again and intend to tell as many as I can
