I bought 4 tickets to Lantern Festival that was cancelled due to severe weather. I want "MY!" $77.00 refund in cash money put back into my PayPal account. NOT A TRADE IN 24hr deal OR G BUCKS!! I even purchased insurance on each ticket ($3 ea to guarantee my money back. But Groupon seems to have lost that information. They have a refund clause for Extraordinary Circumstances. Like event cancellations,rescheduleing due to circumstances beyond anyone's control(bad weather, fire etc), they will refund the money at purchasers request. I reminded them of that clause, asked for my refund. I haven't heard from them since.
