I purchased a trip. Then tried to cancel it. They keep giving me the run around about a refund. They keep telling me to purchase the hotel for a refund, but the hotel never charged my card. Groupon charged my card! They charged me $650! And now they're expecting me to just chalk it up. I would've used the trip that was purchased, but my fiancé became sick right before the trip date. It's not fair and they do not care. They take people's money, then make it ABSOLUTELY impossible to receive a refund. Hell, I didn't even technically want a refund. I was fine with putting my PAID $650 towards a different trip. I guess they think their customers have money to throw away for fun. SMH 😔 This is so frustrating and messed up. Save your money. Book through the actual companies sites. It will save you time and frustration in the end. 😔
