Groupon is a terrible company with virtually no customer service. I ised groupon when i went to Universal Studios with my family in July. One ticket went through right away. The second one froze as the transaction was going through so I tried again and both froze. I was already at the gate waiting to get in so I attempted to cancel the transactions and paid for a ticket at the gate. I attempted to contact groupon immediately that day, which took tons of time away from our trip. The did not get back to me and later that day both chatges went through and i had no access to the two tickets I accidently purchased. I called my bank who tried to file a claim with groupon, but groupon refused it saying I had access to the tickets. Then i spent weeks trying to communicate thus with groupon and they were near impossible to talk to. When i did talk to someone he was extremely rude and did not understand what i was saying due to a language barrier. I tried to talk to managers who were non existent. Then, I received an email from groupon which pretty much said i was red flagged and was not sllowed to use groupon anymore, like I was trying to scam them. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $240 dollars and now when I have put a call request in or try to message them they simply do not reply. They are a terrible company with terrible employees and terrible morals. I will never use them again and I am still furious about not getting refunded the money that I deserve. DO NOT USE GROUPON.
