So back in January I purchased a Groupon specifically for my upcoming destination wedding ... a trip that is obviously cancelled now.
On top of the heartbreaking reality that I’m losing my dream wedding, Groupon refuses to refund my purchase even tho the business is closed and won’t reopen before my wedding... I paid in cash but now am being offered groupon bucks as an alternative. This is a disgusting example of companies profiting off the losses of people due to COVID-19
Shame on you Groupon. You’ve lost a very good customer. I’ll never shop with you again and I’m sharing this experience all over social media.
