Placed an order via the British Airways shop site, which moves you over to the groupon website. Goods arrived late and the description was inaccurate. The chat line guy, first of all rushed me and then when I answered a question with a simple yes, to make sure I kept him online, he sarcastically replied “yes please”. I wanted to know why the Avios points from Groupon showed up as Sutton’s and the chat guy could not be of assistance because the advert on the BA site wasn’t Groupon. So if that’s the case why do Groupon bother to advertise on the BA site, because they must pay for the service, as BA will not provide the service free of charge
