I purchased an outsunny Rattan furniture set and only received 1 box out of 3 required. The box was clearly labelled 1/3 yet only one box arrived.
After realising this I contacted groupon and asked if the two missing boxes could be sent out as I only have 1 cushion and a few rattan corner pieces. I had no manual no tool pieces no tapered glass for the table and whatever else was missing.
I sent in images as proof but was told the only option was to return the item we received to get a refund, however they are not accepting returns due to the coronavirus outbreak. They said we would have to wait until the outbreak had calmed and everything had returned to normal before they would accept this, for us to obtain a refund or for them to send us the rest of our purchase. All we asked is for the rest of our purchase and the two remaining boxes, however they would not compromise. We are now left with 1/3 of our purchase, £269 down and no way of Groupon looking to resolve this situation. When we are all going through tough times, and we just wanted some furniture to enjoy in our garden whilst in isolation and we can’t even do that. Disappointed and upset is an understatement.
