Groupon is so wrong on so man levels. Where do I begin??? They are very difficult to resolve any issues with. They say free returns, but then when you try to return something, there are times when now they say that this was a final sale, no returns. I would not buy something knowing that there was no return!!! I am now dealing with an exchange problem. Here...I ordered larger sizes for the shirts I purchased because the review said they run small. When they came, they were WAY TOO BIG. So I exchanged for 1X. I sent the shirts bk to Groupon. They sent me the "new size" but guess what. These shirts were both 2X, NOT 1X as I had requested. So, bk to the exchange right? Only thing is now they have the exchange button dithered on these items. So I hit refund on the first shirt to start the process. Later on they say that they do not want the shirt back, but that they will credit my account in the way of groupon bucks. So now I go to the other shirt to start the same process as the previous shirt, right? No, this shirt they want back, saying they will give a refund in the original form. Fine right? No, Now they are saying they want both shirts sent bk, & that they had credited my account appropriately. But NO!!! There is still only $14 in my bucks and they just can not "get it"!!! It should be a total of $28 something if they want both shirts bk now!!! I am done with them!!! This is just ONE example of dealings with Groupon. Sorry so long, but do you understand what the problem is here??! Thanks if you've made it to the end!! 8~)
